We know that being with wuzu all time is a good action. Could you please tell us that are we supposed to be with wuzu while we are on Hayez (Meanstraution)? Is wuzu is recommended also that time? Is wuzu valid at that time? Is there any good effect of being wuzu while we are impure for some days?
And also same question for the bleeding after delivery. Mothers are recommended to be wuzu while they feed their baby but at the time of nifas what should we do? Should we be with wuzu when we are on nifas and feeding the baby?

Bismihi Ta`ala
The mentioned wudu' is correct. It is recommended that during the period and at the time of prayer, woman cleans herself from blood, changes the pad / cotton, does wudu', sits down in her praying place facing qiblah and engages in saying dhikr, du`a and salawaat and reading Qur'an since at this time reciting Qur'an is not disliked. This rule applies during puerperium (nifaas) as well.
According to Seyed Seestani:
It is Mustahab for a Haaez that when it is time for Namaz, she makes herself Pak by washing away blood, and changing the pad. Then she should make Wudhu or tayammum, whichever is applicable, and sit at the place meant for prayers facing Qibla and busy herself in recital, supplication and salutations
So the conclusion is:
Please be with wuzu at times of menes. Though at this time the wuzu is not enough for touching Quranic text, Masumeen's names and do salat etc, it has got some other spiritual impacts.
And see Quran recitaion is also permitted and in times of salat the recitation is liked also.
Just to remind:
Being with wuzu while feeding the baby has got tremendous spiritual impact on the baby. (So mothers are advised to be with wuzu all time specially when you they are feeding the baby. Feed the baby while you are ON wuzu though you are on Haez or you are on Nifaas.)
Being with wuzu all time is a great habit and encouraged a lot. (Non-mothers and mothers are advised to be with wuzu all time though she is on Haez.)
